How can I return an item?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to try and make it right!

A Fragrant Paradise will gladly accept returns. Unused products can be shipped back to us within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping charges. If you receive damaged or defective items you must let us know within 5 DAYS of your receipt of the shipment. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. If you need to return a product please email us at returns@afragrantparadise.com and we will send you detailed return instructions. Be sure to include: your order number and the problem with your order. After your return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you used your credit card, the refund will be credited to your account.
